We would like to encourage you to register your participation soon. The deadline for early registration

Please note once again that the deadline for early registration is now 23 July 2000. All other
dates remain unchanged, so the regular registration deadline is 15 September 2000. After this
date only on-site registration at the Conference site will be possible. By early registration,
you ensure the inclusion of your paper in the conference Proceedings and in the Program.
However, if you decide to register later (the regular or on-site registration), you are required
to send the amount of EUR 50 processing fee per abstract to Albatros Bled until 23 July
2000. The payment of EUR 50 per abstract is considered as a deposit only and will be deduced from your
registration fee when you register fully. Failure either to register early or to send the processing fee by 23
July 2000 will result in omission of the abstract(s) from the conference Proceedings and Program.

These forms were also sent in hardcopy to all authors. In case you have already registered by now, consider them
void. Otherwise choose one of the two options available in the Registration Form 2 (either early
registration or deposit only) and send it to Albatros Bled together with the corresponding payment. If
you register by 23 July 2000, this is all you will need to do. If you register after 23 July, the payment of the
processing fee deposit guarantees the publication of your abstract(s) in the Proceedings.
The Registration Form 2 Supplement is intended for those who will register fully after 23 July. In this
form you specify the amount already paid as a deposit which is subtracted from the registration fee.

PARTICIPANT FEE:
Registration fees for participants of the 3rd ICBEM and the 1st Slo-CroMBE (ISBEM members
and non-members and students) include: admittance to the scientific sessions, conference
materials, the Transactions Book, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception, Cocktail and Conference
Banquet, coffee breaks, and working lunches.
STUDENT FEE:
Student fee includes the same service as the above. Students must provide an official letter from
their mentors or school authorities confirming their status in order to be eligible for registration
at a reduced rate.
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS:
Accompanying Person's registration fee includes Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception,
Cocktail and Conference Banquet, carriage fare around Bled, trips to Lake Bohinj and Postojna
Cave, visit to Kropa Museum, refreshments, and lunches.
EARLY REGISTRATION:
The strongly encouraged early registration at reduced rate is possible until 23 July 2000.
REGULAR REGISTRATION:
Regular registration at regular prices is possible until 15 September 2000.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION:
Please note that after 15 September 2000 only on-site registration at the Conference will be possible.

If you decide to register after 23 July 2000 (the regular or on-site registration), you are required to

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION:
Upon receipt of duly completed and signed Registration Form and corresponding payment,
participants will be sent a confirmation letter by e-mail.
Cancellation Procedure
Notifications of cancellation must be sent to Albatros Bled (address below). Registration Fee
(minus 20% for administrative costs) will be refunded if cancellation is received by 15 September
2000. No refunding is possible after this date!
